Another day, another buyer

I recently finished the due diligence on another two health clubs and have just heard that the sales have now been completed. What have I been doing, you may be thinking? Well, it’s my job to unpick the history of the club and then produce an accurate narrative that will help a buyer to decide to buy or a lender decide to lend. Sometimes they read my findings and run a mile as the club has gone beyond the point of salvation. Starting another one next week.
